Untitled Song
This is a new song I’ve written. I haven’t gotten it all worked out yet, musically, but it’s getting there. This is the first song I’ve written in a long time and can’t wait to put some piano together with it. Also, I haven’t decided the title yet, but I thought I’d put it out there anyway :)

of misery and hope,

making nonsense out of words
and words out of nonsense.
Perplexity holds me at bay,
and my thoughts,
once sharp like this very pencil,
are thick and sticky,
and cling to the sides of my mind.
i am torn
and confused.
